Recently, the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Continuous Improvement of Air Quality", vigorously developing new and clean energy, and by 2025, electricity will account for about 30% of terminal energy consumption.

It is worth mentioning that in optimizing the transportation structure, it is proposed to:

1. The proportion of new energy vehicles in the newly added or updated public transportation, rental, urban logistics and distribution, and light sanitation vehicles in key areas shall not be less than 80%; Accelerate the elimination of gas trucks using lean burn technology.

2. Promote Shanxi Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and Shaanxi Province to build leading areas for clean transportation and cultivate a group of clean transportation enterprises. Promote new energy medium and heavy-duty trucks in industries such as thermal power, steel, coal, coking, non-ferrous metals, cement, and logistics parks, and develop zero emission freight fleets.

3. Strive to achieve a coverage rate of no less than 80% for fast charging stations in key high-speed service areas and no less than 60% in other areas by 2025.
